Technology Transfer
We facilitate technology transfer from inventors to pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Food companies. Our policy of tech transfer will be completed once three production batches have been taken in front of the inventor or by the inventor at the Buyers facility.
To safeguard the inventor’s interest, confidential agreement is signed before exchanging any confidential information. The Technology fee is paid to the inventor on a milestone basis and the final milestone is the production of three batches at the buyer’s facility.
We make sure that the buyer team is fully trained so that it can take production batches independently by itself.
We make sure that the whole technology transfer process is smooth and transparent.
